Kohar M. Boyadjian (Of Counsel) concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance defense, civil litigation, and workers’ compensation. Aggressively representing clients in all phases of litigation from pre-suit discovery to trial, she practices in a diverse area of law including transportation litigation, premises liability, construction defect litigation, product liability defense, and nursing home litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Boyadjian held several different positions at law firms in New Jersey and New York gaining a wide array of legal experiences representing the interests of major national property and liability insurers, and the interests of their insureds.
Ms. Boyadjian is a graduate of Pace University School of Law (J.D. 1988) and Pace University (B.A. 1984). During law school, she was a Founding Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Pace Yearbook of International Law Review. She is admitted to practice before the courts of New Jersey and New York as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
